Multiplex frequencies and configuration options to use when configuring TVHeadend.

Introduction

I have recently been playing around with Jellyfin, and thought it would be neat if I could get Live Terrestrial TV to be viewable on there, alongside the pre-existing media on the home server.

I already had hardware capable of decoding and serving Live TV to the network in the form of a Raspberry Pi 3 and the Official DVB-T Tuner Hat. This hardware, and the use of TVHeadend on a basic Raspbian installation had previously been very reliable, with uptime of close to one year on a single boot - once configured.

The configuration of Multiplexes on TVHeadend can be a bit of a nuisance, as frequencies often change, and the multiplex database is infrequently updated.

Multiplexes

Frequencies and options that are known to work correctly, as of the time of writing, are in the table below. Generally speaking, these options were automatically configured from the multiplex database, however the final two were missing, and the multiplex at 674MHz was incorrectly configured to use DVB-T instead of DVB-T2. This caused HD broadcasts to not be received as these use the newer broadcast standard.
